Communication is in the first flight in the company. Not just a set of rules stating who communicates with whom, but a sophisticated understanding of tasks of communication. This type of communication is our key to speed and quality. To build these communication lines we place special emphasis to psychological attitude of our top management and to our intercommunication.
WHo is the top management?
DMD Binary is owned by three people.
Michael Slutskin (CEO/Co-Founder)
Michael is not just a founder and chief executive, but a person you can always ask for advice. Michael was on a course for creating a fast-moving, evolutive business where he could combine all things that bring content in everyday life: rivalry, excitement, communication with people and high technology. That is how our company was established – the business that became a passion not only for Michael, but for people he united, as well.
Roman Stetsenko (lead iOS Developer/Co-Founder)
Roman always declares himself as a talented manager, with whom people defer. Because they know he will come to somebody’s aid. What he doesn’t like is situations that don’t lead to growth, otherwise success of a team and its’ achievements bring sheer enjoyment. Meanwhile one will never notice any stereotype characteristic peculiar to managers, thus Roman loves extreme sports, believing that sky-jumping is a perfect alternative to Google Maps. He doesn’t appreciate outrecuidance, always staying broadbrow and amicable with colleagues and clients both.
Maryna Abramkina (COO/Co-Founder)
She is like a wind. If she had wings, she would immediately fly away, from where she could monitor that everybody in the company feels comfortable at work and if there is a need, she would be there to help. DMD Binary for Maryna is not a company, it is her passion.
What they have in common is the company itself. What unites them is trust toward one another, respect and negotiation skills. Any question becomes the one that is discussed from three perspectives, and as we all know best steadiness is achieved when there are three standing points. That is why our company is like a cohesive and mature personality, that has its ego, superego and nonconscious.
