Just like any new idea, we had doubts and hesitations before building DMD.
We haven’t written an article about our team before. It’s been 5 years since we have started the company and after all our accomplishments, we believe it’s time for us to talk about ourselves.
So let’s move on, back to the past, where does our experience come from? Like Confucius said “If you make a mistake and do not correct it, this is called a mistake.” We made mistakes in the past, but always fixed them and this gives us the right to confidently bear responsibility for our job. We know the price for smooth communication within the team and the choice of our successful business niche.
In short term, we have become a mature company with solid expertise in management and development.
In software development sphere we haven’t reached the puberty yet, but, we rise and rise fast. We currently have 40 people in our team.40 people of different ages, taste music and style. What unites us, it might sound strange though , is our work, sense of humor and affection to animals, especially our triton (anonymous one).
We love challenging projects, projects that would excite us all; managers, developers and designers. Projects that we can suit up and use our expertise to full extent.
Our blog is a good way to talk, communicate and also learn more about our clients. Our relationship with the client should be more than just tasks. Of course our main focus is the successful completion of a project but communication and attitude during a project are as important as the quality of the job well done. We would like to learn what drives the client to continue work with us as we have a very high return rate. What kind of reasons or sensations does the client have from which perspective? Would the client want to share the responsibility while planning the project instead of just sending the instructions?
